We are truly the benefactors of the work time and erosion have upon the slot canyons in the Navajo Reservation known as The Antelope Canyon. The sun slowly changed the mood of this scene by enhancing the contrast of the contours within the sandstone. I was fortunate to see such a spectacle as these canyons are famous not only for their beauty but also the flash floods that take part in reshaping the rock formations over the generations.

Sometimes the locals know the best locations such as this point over looking the water across from the Naval Academy in Maryland. A long exposure was the perfect way to capture the beauty of the sunset and smooth out the water on this cool autumn night.
