Tampa Bay, FL

Tampa Bay is a fairly small city but what really drew my interest was the Platt Street Bridge. It's not a large one by any means. But you don't find many that change colors every few seconds. I neglected to bring a tripod for this shot so I improvised. I found a post, frequented by birds in need of a 'rest', and got the shot.
